1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and NeuraHub LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("NeuraHub", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any NeuraHub mobile applications, web interfaces, cognitive support tools, or AI-assisted services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to:
- Software algorithms and source code
- AI models, machine learning systems, and generative outputs
- User interface designs, graphics, and visual elements
- Trademarks, service marks, and brand identities
- Documentation, text, and multimedia content
are the exclusive property of NeuraHub LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. User Representations & Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You will use the Services only for lawful purposes
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Services
- All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
4. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of the Services are accessible via a paid subscription or purchase. Payment transactions are processed based on the purchasing platform as follows:
- Web-Based Purchases: Payments made through our web platform are securely processed by the Revolut Business payment gateway.
- In-App Purchases: Purchases made within our mobile applications are handled exclusively by Apple In-App Purchase (for iOS devices) or Google Play Billing (for Android devices).
NeuraHub LTD does not directly process, store, or have access to your full credit card data; all transactions are handled through secure, encrypted channels directly by the designated third-party providers (Revolut, Apple, or Google).
All billing, subscription management, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by the respective terms of service of the platform used (Revolut, Apple, or Google). For refund requests involving in-app purchases, please contact the respective app store (App Store or Google Play) directly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
NEURAHUB'S PRODUCTS, AI SERVICES, COGNITIVE STIMULATION TOOLS, AND APPLICATIONS DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSIS, CLINICAL OPINION, OR MEDICAL TREATMENT.
THE COGNITIVE WELLNESS, MENTAL FITNESS, AND MINDFULNESS FEATURES ARE PURELY FOR EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL, AND SELF-IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- NeuraHub LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuraHub LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- iOS Devices: Data may be stored using Apple Keychain, UserDefaults, or local Core Data storage
- Android Devices: Data may be stored using SharedPreferences, Room Database, or encrypted local storage
This local data can be deleted instantly by uninstalling the application from your device. We have no ability to access, retrieve, or restore locally stored data.
4. Third-Party Services & Payment Processors
When you make purchases through our applications:
- Payment data is processed exclusively by Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android)
- NeuraHub LTD never sees, stores, or processes your credit card details, bank account information, or payment credentials
- All financial transactions are governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies

- Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device
